Legislation creates low-interest options for financing environmentally sound projects

Attorneys say a bill passed in the Ohio General Assembly last week will
help spur alternative energy projects throughout Ohio. Senate Bill 232
includes provisions related to a revolving loan fund program for certain
alternative energy projects, and an expansion of the use of special
improvement districts to support certain advanced energy projects.
