Settlement reduces damages against state to zero, Ohio Court of Claims determines

The Ohio Court of Claims determined the survivors of an 8-year-old boy who was electrocuted when he touched an ungrounded bar attached to an amusement park ride had been sufficiently compensated for the boy's wrongful death in a settlement amount of $1.95 million.
