'Court of 6' considers Toledo man's mens rea argument

With a conspicuously empty chair at the center of the bench, the Supreme Court of Ohio convened in the courtroom at the Ohio Judicial Center Tuesday, April 20th, for its first session of arguments since the untimely death of Chief Justice Thomas Moyer earlier this month. The court first addressed the not-so-minor housekeeping details of how it would proceed in the late chief's absence and, then, pressed forward with the day's scheduled arguments
