Criminal defendant's right to fair trial overrides juror's duty to serve

Ohio Supreme Court justices had to negotiate delicate issues for a decision Wednesday, March 3rd, in which the court found a defendant convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide in 2007 did not receive a fair trial as a result of a juror's impaired hearing.
