6th Circuit upholds maximum imprisonment penalty in conviction

A federal appeals court in Cincinnati upheld the conviction of a defendant on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking conspiracy, despite the man's claims of procedural and constitutional errors.
