(Columbus) The Office of Career-Technical and Adult Education, Ohio Department of Education, has released its Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) annual report on participation and performance of Ohioans seeking to obtain high school equivalency certificates, skills for employment and English proficiency.
