Consumer advocates vow to keep tabs on state's new energy policy

A coalition of utility consumer advocates will be paying close attention to the endgame of the state's new utility service price regulation policy. The regulations proposed by the Public Utility Commission of Ohio to implement the new legislation, Senate Bill 221, will be carefully reviewed by the representatives from several organizations including the Ohio Consumer's Counsel and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy.
