Ohio Department of commerce obtains permanent injunction and restitution order against man who defrauded 91 year old
State alleged that Fair fraudulently sold securities to two 91-year old investors
Following a complaint filed by the Ohio Department of Commerceâ€™s Division of Securities, the Division sought and obtained a permanent injunction against Thomas L. Fair, of Centerville, and an order for Fair to pay restitution to his victims. The injunction and restitution order, which was agreed to by Fairâ€™s attorney-in-fact, Christina Glant, was signed on Thursday, June 26th, by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey E. Froelich and Magistrate Kristi A. Wuebben.
