Cleveland law firm asks Court for reversal of $2.4 million malpractice judgment

A Washington, D.C., lawyer is expected to argue this morning before the Ohio Supreme Court that the former Cleveland law firm of Goodman Weiss Miller LLP was not negligent in its representation of a Los Angeles-based environmental consulting firm.
