SENATE PASSES WAGONERâ€™S LEGISLATION TO IMPROVE OHIOâ€™S BUSINESS CLIMATE
Columbus â€“ In an effort to make it easier to do business in Ohio, State Senator Mark Wagoner (R-Toledo) today announced that the Ohio Senate unanimously approved House Bill 332. Sponsored by Senator Wagoner during his tenure in the Ohio House, this legislation would help to revitalize the stateâ€™s economy by updating the statutes governing partnership law through the adoption of the Revised Uniform Partnership Act (RUPA), which governs the relations among general partners and between the partners and the partnership.
