House Bill designed to help find missing children, better fund war on drugs

The Ohio Senate soon will consider for the third time a bill that began as a call for missing children to be flagged through Ohio school registration. House Bill 181, introduced by Rep. Arlene Setzer, R-Vandalia, has evolved in amended form into a lengthy general public safety statute to continue Ohio's war on drugs and monitor repeat drunk driving offenders.
