Strickland reveals plan to ensure energy prices drive state's economy

In less than 20 years, at least 25 percent of electricity sold in Ohio will be generated from advanced energy technologies, and no less than half of that coming from renewable sources, Gov. Ted Strickland announced Wednesday.
