Court finds exception to medical expert requirement

The Ohio Supreme Court recently found exception to a rule that sets minimum requirements for doctors who are called to testify in medical malpractice cases. The rule requires that practitioners dedicate half their time to the practice of medicine before they can qualify to take the stand against another doctor.
