Workers' Comp. board suggests largest rate cut in 60 years

Fewer workplace injuries and the expectation of falling medical costs could result in an average rate cut of 20 percent to private employers if the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Board of Directors approve the administrator's plan for the cut.
