Ohio considering waivers for attorney spouses of military members to practice law in the state

The Supreme Court of Ohio announced this week that it is considering amendments to the Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio that would enable an attorney spouse of an active duty member of the U.S. military temporarily stationed in Ohio to practice law under certain conditions.
