Montgomery County receives $600,000 grant for Family Treatment Court
The Montgomery County Family Treatment Court, presided over by the Honorable Anthony Capizzi, was awarded a three year Family Drug Court implementation grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) for a total of $600,000. The funding will be used to implement a new specialized docket, Family Treatment Court. Montgomery County was one of only three nationwide recipients.
