Woman pleads guilty in false income tax refund scheme
(Dayton) Petrona Penn, 37, of Dayton, Ohio pleaded guilty to one count of filing false claims for income tax refunds with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Penn faces a maximum of 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
