New Ohio State study finds that workplace programs help in employee weight loss

Employees who were enrolled in a workplace intervention program lost more weight, showed greater reductions in fasting blood sugar and ate less fat than the employees who just received written diabetes prevention guidelines, according to a new study from The Ohio State University.
