Lt. Governor Taylor announces tax lien program surpasses $15 million mark
Ohio Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor announced recently that the insurance agent tax lien program has, as of September 2015, collected or set-up payment plans with agents for amounts totaling $15,149,631 in unpaid income tax, sales tax and workers’ compensation premium payments. Taylor introduced the program in May 2011 to recover funds that belong to the state and its citizens.
