Murderer who's been denied parole has appeal rejected by appellate court

Twenty-six years after he pleaded guilty to aggravated murder, Gary Calhoun, an inmate at the Marion Correction Institution, filed a motion to seek leave to appeal, which was denied by the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas.
