Man who broke into ex-girlfriend's house, disrupted court proceedings loses appeal

A defendant who was disruptive during his trial had his convictions for aggravated robbery and aggravated menacing affirmed recently when the Eighth District Court of Appeals found that the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas did not err by removing the defendant from the courtroom.
