Bill would repeal Ohio's renewable energy standard

In offering testimony for a Senate bill that would repeal the stateâ€™s requirement that electric distribution utilities and electric services companies provide 25 percent of their retail power supplies from advanced and renewable energy resources by 2025, Myron Ebell said such standards constitute a â€œcolossal reverse Robin Hood scheme.â€
