Court reluctantly sets resentencing for involuntary manslaughter case

In an opinion reversing a sentencing decision from the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, the 12th District Court of Appeals recently ruled that consecutive sentences were improperly ordered for a man who pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and obstructing justice.
