Appeals court rules to vacate order revoking doctor's license

A doctor who failed a mandatory drug screening while on probation will not have his license revoked because the State Medical Board of Ohio failed to issue a valid notice informing him of his right to a hearing, the 10th District Court of Appeals ruled recently.
