Detailed explanation not needed for 'Church Lady' sentencing, court rules

A Franklin County appellate panel recently ruled that a defendant nicknamed the "Church Lady Bandit" because of the attire she wore to commit 12 robberies of local banks and hotels was properly sentenced and that the trial judge was not obligated to submit a detailed explanation of the prison term.
