Home prices rise, but appreciation slows in Ohio and nationwide

U.S. home prices continued to rise in the second quarter, but the rate of increase fell sharply - a decline of more than one percentage point from the previous quarter and the lowest rate of appreciation since fourth quarter 1999, according to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's latest Housing Price Index.
