10th District Court of Appeals: Denial appropriate, no more continuances

A 10th District Court of Appeals panel recently ruled that a man's motion to continue his case so that he could represent himself was rightfully denied because his case had already been continued 11 times and his appointed counsel was willing and able to provide a competent defense.
