• LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Clayton Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. at the Clayton Government Center 6996 Taywood Road. The Board will review the application for a Conditional Use for an Agricultural Use in an R-1 Residential District. The applicants are Phil and Mary Shay, 202 South Diamond Mill Road. The property is 3.26 acres in size and the applicants are requesting the agricultural use for 24 to 28 chickens to be housed on the property. The meeting is open to the public. Brian L.
