• LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Clayton Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Clayton Government Center 6996 Taywood Road. The Board will review the application for a Variance at 156 Old Salem Road filed by Walter Joynes III. The property is zoned UR-1 Residential and the applicant is requesting a Variance to remove the existing 24' X 48' two story barn and replace with a new single story 24' X 48' in size.
