• LEGAL NOTICE In the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Dayton, Ohio, Case No. 2009 CV 03685 State of Ohio, Plaintiff -vs- Bob Brown, Defendant Defendant Bob Brown, whose last known address is 2001 Patterson Road, Dayton, Ohio 45420, will take notice that on the 5th day of May, 2009, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, in Case no. 2009 CV 03685 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to enforce the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and other consumer laws, and seeks injunctive relief, consumer restitution, and civil penalties. The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, or he may be denied a hearing in this case.
