• BUTLER TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE Case ZC-1-10 The Butler Township Zoning Commission will meet at the Government Center, 8524 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached on the agenda, to consider Case ZC-1-10, revising zoning regulations in Article 38, section 3805, dealing with the outdoor storage of recreation equipment and other vehicles. Upon a favorable recommendation by the Zoning Commission on February 18, 2010, the Board of Butler Township Trustees is expected to hold a public hearing at the above address on March 22, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the same zoning case.
