• LEGAL NOTICE The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance is soliciting bids on behalf of its members in Clark, Greene, Montgomery and Warren Counties, (hereinafter referred to as "participating members") for the purchase of: Fire Extinguisher Annual Maintenance, Service, Certification, Testing and Recharging Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance, 444 West Third Street, Suite 20-231, Dayton, ohio 45402-1460, by 12:00 P.M. on the 1st day of March, 2010. Said bids will be opened and read by the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance or his designee at 2:00 P.M. on March 3, 2010, or as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the office of the Executive Director which is located at the address given above. Specifications for the equipment to be purchased by the participating members of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance shall/may be picked up at the office of the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance during normal business hours. The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids should same be to the advantage of the participating members. Scott C.
