Shephard, et al., Defendants Karen S. Koger, whose last known address is 1465 Meadowlands Drive, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of the minor and/or incompetent heirs of Karen S. Koger, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 3rd day of October, 2008, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2008 CV 9052, on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit: Property Address; 7649 Rothfield Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Microfiche No. 98-2637, page C12, of this County Recorder's Office.
