• LEGAL NOTICE OF COMPLAINT (PETITION) FOR APPROPRIATION Defendants, will take notice herefrom that on January 21, 2011, The City of Dayton, Ohio, filed a Complaint (Petition) for Appropriation regarding real property interests hereinafter described, said Complaint being captioned "The City of Dayton, Ohio vs. Ashraf Ettayem and being Case No. 2009CV00518 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio. The appropriated real property interest is a temporary easement in Lots 28869 and 28870 of the Revised and Conseuctive numbers of Lots on the plat of the City of Dayton in connection with the James H.McGee Boulevard Extension Project. Plaintiff, the City of Dayton, Ohio, prays that the aforesaid interests be vested in the Plaintiff and that the Court determine the value thereof.
