The United States District Court, Dayton, Ohio, sale. Pursuant tot he command of and order directing sale of property issued from the Untied States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and directed to Special Master, in the action of
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-6 Asset-Backed Certificates, series 2003-6, plaintiff v. David Laughlin, et al., defendant.
Special Master, Robert Ross, shall offer for sale at public auction, Conference Room 150 on the first floor of the Federal Courthouse at 200 West Second Street, in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, and State of Ohio, on

A.D. 2011, beginning at 9:30 o'clock A.M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements to wit:
Situated in the City of Centerville, County of Montgomery, and State of Ohio: Situated in the City of Centerville, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio and being Lot Numbered 305 Son Development Co. Plat No. 3, Section 2, as recorded in Plat Book "ZZ", Pages 69 and 70, of the Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio.
The above described property is further known as 306 Monarch Road, Centerville, Ohio, Parcel No. 068 00145 0016
A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser
being held in contempt of court.
Property shall be sold for no less than two-thirds of the appraised value.
