Rutherford, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2011DR00751 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from her on the grounds of incompatible, and have been living separate and apart without cohabitation for in excess of one (1) year; that said case is entitled Brian J.
