Dresleer, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2010DR00435 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from her on the grounds of that the parties have lived separate and apart, without cohabitation for a period exceeding one (1) year and the parties are now incompatible; that said case is entitled William L.
