Moharter, filed his complaint against her in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2010DR00616 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from her on the grounds of the parties are incompatible, if defendant fails to admit same, plaintiff states that defendant is guilty of acts of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty towards the plaintiff; that said case is entitled Patrick G.
