Hagen, filed her complaint against him in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2010-DR-00052 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from him on the grounds of incompatible and has been guilty of gross neglect of duty, extreme cruelty and abandonment; that said case is entitled Deanna B.
