Smolnyakova, filed her complaint against him in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2009-DR-00976 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from him on the grounds of she and the defendant are incompatible, that defendant has been guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty, that she and the defendant have lived separate and apart since May 13, 2006; that said case is entitled Oksana Y. Smolnyakova, Plaintiff, vs. Daniil Haak, Defendant.
