Bristow filed her complaint against him in the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Montgomery County, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio, being Case No. 2009-DR-00481 on the docket of said court, praying for a decree of divorce from him on the grounds of plaintiff and defendant are incompatible; defendant has been guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty; that said case is entitled Laura J.
